FRENCH SPIRITS
Cognac
France's Most Famous Spirit
Cognac is the world's most celebrated brandy, produced in the Charente department of southwest France from white wine grapes — primarily Ugni Blanc — double-distilled in copper pot stills and aged in French oak. The great houses of Hennessy, Rémy Martin, Courvoisier, and Martell have spent centuries building a spirit of extraordinary consistency and global renown.
"A great Cognac is not merely a spirit — it is a conversation between the grape, the oak, and time itself."
